Syed is a Chartered Legal Executive within the serious injury department. He has extensive experience in dealing with serious and catastrophic injury cases, including fatal accidents. His cases tend to involve brain injuries ranging from subtle brain injury to those requiring 24/7 care, chronic pain or complex orthopedic injuries.

He is an ardent advocate of rehabilitation and care packages funded by Defendants under the Rehabilitation Code and Serious Injury Guide. When that is not possible, he pushes to obtain the maximum interim payments to help meet the immediate needs of his clients.

Syed is committed to working as part of a legal team and aims to deliver high quality service in order to maximise his client’s interests and prospects. He has previously worked in a national city centre practice focusing on acting for individuals who have suffered serious injury.
